UMC Energy Solutions, Inc. to acquire Ark Fabrication LLC, expanding the company’s strategic footprint.
JOSHUA, TEXAS – UMC Energy Solutions, Inc., an industry leader in the supply, service, and fabrication of oilfield production equipment, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ark Fabication, LLC. Ark Fabrication specializes in a wide array of manufacturing for the oil and gas, chemical process, and industrial refrigeration industries. The move to acquire Ark Fabrication began in March of 2021 as
UMC explored options to further expand its Fort Worth and Joshua production facilities. The deal is expected to close on May 14, 2021.
The acquisition of Ark Fabrication will add almost 60,000 square feet of production space and will increase UMC’s total production capacity to over 200,000 square feet. Ark’s state-of-the-art equipment and facility will allow UMC to reduce the number of suppliers required to produce the quality products that its customers have come to expect while further reducing lead time and cost.
