UMC is proud to have exceeded the required quality assurance programs that are considered the gold standards in the oil and gas industry. We hold both a “U” Certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and an “R” Certification from The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. These certifications enable us to provide ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels for a wide array of applications.

Handling sizes all the way to 144” and pressures up to 6000 PSI, UMC can provide complete fabrication or repair services for your ASME vessel needs. We are proud that our state-of-the-art ASME facility includes automated welding machines as well as the latest in NDT/NDE testing capabilities in our own separate testing facility.

Our in-house engineering and Quality Control Group, along with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, allow UMC to provide a cost-effective and high-quality product in the shortest lead time possible.
